Around the year 2010, while suffering with repeated migraines and pretty bad IBS, I went to a Dr and asked for no medications. Instead, I asked for PT and was lucky that I was sent to a PT who practiced Craniosacral Therapy (CST). The PT also had me lay down and listen to guided meditations by Belleruth Naparstek. Both were effective, in fact, life changing.
Finding good and quality guided imagery, or guided relaxation, audio on YT is difficult. Below, I am sharing with you some free audio of Belleruth so that you, and my clients, can use these freely.
Enjoy. I wish you health, healing, and self compassion.
Tips: If something doesn’t work for you, or you don’t see what she is saying, let it go and keep following along with the audio. Don’t worry about not following everything she says, that is ok. Your subconscious mind will accept what it needs. Stay present and let go of the past moment. Keep a friendly and detached awareness or an awareness of curiosity. Listen and re-listen, use as often as you want.

No guided imagery in the video below, only positive affirmations, you can relax and listen and repeat. If you know postures and skills that put you into self-hypnosis or relaxation that I taught you then go there and listen to these.
Visualizing a safe place. Relaxation, releasing tension, somatic awareness, emptying the mind, stillness, letting go of knots and tightness in the heart.
